Hello, my name is Tanya and welcome to my blog. I've been blogging regularly for a year now. I started my blog before that but only posted a couple short posts. In the last year I've found it to be a fun way to express myself as well as meet new friends. I joined the Grow Your Blog party last year with no followers but quickly met like minded friends. What a joy it has been to be inspired and uplifted by so many creative, generous and wonderful people. Some days when I feel I need a boost or want to be inspired I sit down and take a look at my blog reading list and it never fails to inspire and motivate me.
Some of my favorite things:
Roses and flowers in my garden, Estonian Lace Knitting, Lace Crochet, Color, Quilting, Fresh Raspberries and Lemon Curd shared with a friend and a nice visit along with a cuppa.
Making 18" doll clothes!
Pink roses!
Please leave a comment and you will be entered in my giveaway. You don't have to be a follower but I welcome you to follow. The winner will be chosen randomly on February 15, 2014. My giveaway is a surprise but I hope you will love what I've come up with! Take a look at some of my previous posts and you will have an idea of some of the things I love and enjoy making. I look forward to getting to know new people during this year's GYB party! Thank you for visiting and please say hello and stay for a while.

ReplyDeleteHi, Tanya...Happy New Year! Lovely, LOVELY things, as always...I have been on a bit of an extended vacation (OK, I traveled ALOT this past year) - looking forward to catching up on my favorite blogs. Don't know how, but my face disappeared from your Followers list from last year - I'm back, with a vengeance. LOVE your Christmas Quilt in the post below this...Heather French happens to be a friend of mine - she's as lovely as her pattern! Hope your year is off to a great start! XOXO Tanya
ReplyDeleteHi! I adore your blog! Just beautiful!
ReplyDeletei'm wondering if i have ever had lemon curd? i will have to look into that. is there something similar to it? a pudding or? hi there. i'm Beth from E. Lizard Breath Speaks - so nice to meet you through the Grow Your Blog get together/party. ( :
ReplyDeleteI have only had lemon curd one time and I loved it...your blog is so very pretty...thank you for having a giveaway.
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy to have found you! I'm here this evening as a GYB visitor...but feel that I've found a truly kindred spirit. Funny...but yesterday I had blood drawn by a young woman who was talking about a large bag of lemons someone had given her and I suggested making lemon curd...I think she was going to look online for a recipe as soon as she got home. My own recipe for lemon curd was given to me by a dear friend who had moved to the US from London...I think of her whenever I make it (or for that matter, whenever I eat it...anywhere!) Also, I've been looking into making clothes for 18" dolls but haven't progressed past the point of "collecting" several dolls...shades of a second childhood! I've got a pile of fat quarters that are shouting to be made into cute things! I'll be a frequent visitor...love to see what you are up to. Sara
